Notes:

League Matches

Summer League Matches: Meet at 7.15am for 8.00am. Start - 2.00pm. Finish.

Winter League: Meet 7.45am for 8.30am. Start – 2.30pm. Finish.

All matches are on Sundays.

Reserve Venue – Stallance, Staplehurst Reservoir or River Medway (to be agreed on the day)

The point system for this year will be as last year however, there are still 7 Summer League matches. The best 6 matches count,

This allows for one match to be dropped or missed due to illness or holidays.

This also applies to the 5 winter matches, best 4 count.

Entry fee is £3 per competitor with £1 of that going to towards two lucky peg draws held on the day.

The Knockout is run over ALL League matches starting Summer 3.

Entrants are to be drawn from Summer matches 1 & 2.

Evening Summer Matches, we propose to run three – Details & dates are as above.

(Draw at 6.00pm. fish until 9.30pm.)

Tri- Match, we propose to run a match between Linton, East Farleigh & Sheerness clubs. This year it is proposed to run on one of Linton’s Venues. Please inform Barry if you wish to enter.

Inter-Club Matches, Maidstone Victory & LAS propose to run a TWO match series.

Please inform Barry if you wish to enter.

We will be entering two teams in the KFCA Championship Match, we need your support,

Doug Daw Memorial Carp Match.

This is now a two night 45 hour Carp match held at Linton Park Lake.

It runs from Friday 27th April till Sunday 29th April. Draw at 6.00pm start 7.00pm.

Finishes on Sunday at 4.00pm.

Very limited entry (10 max) so important to book with Chris Knowler on 01622- 812502.

(Late starters will be accepted as long as entry has been booked)

The Linton 2 Day Carp Match

Mainly for those who couldn’t make the Doug Daw Memorial one. This is a two night 45 hour event! Draw at 6.00pm start 7.00pm Friday night 21st September till 4.00pm. Sunday 23rd.

“The Brian Jenner Memorial Trophy”

This is awarded* for the best performance or catch in or out of comps by any L.A.S Junior member.

(*In the opinion of the officers & committee, it may not necessarily always be awarded for the largest fish, other circumstances are taken into consideration)
